HERE'S HOW I CAN HELP

It can be hard to find the balance between writing a script and speaking conversationally. My tips will help craft the perfect message for your audience.

Kelsey Starks is a multimedia journalist with experience as a producer, reporter and anchor in major television markets throughout the country.
She began her consultancy training business leaders and CEOs how to connect with their audience through video platforms. Now she's bringing her training programs to individuals, content creators, small business owners and entrepreneurs who recognize the enormous power of video and the impact it can have to built trust and brand awareness.
"I knew being on camera was part of promoting my business, but I was terrified to actually do it. I had so much I wanted to say, but didn't know where to start. Kelsey helped put my thoughts in order and on video for the world to see.
I was thrilled with how professional our promotional videos turned out.
The addition of those videos on our website and on social media have made a huge impact on our sales numbers."

This isn't a course. It isn't a generic program with canned videos and extra homework for you.
This is six action-packed weeks of 1:1 video coaching, expert advice and instant feedback to help you become your best self on camera.
Built to meet your needs
You don't need experience in front of the camera to get started. I've created this program to meet you where you are in your skill level. Whether you need to tackle confidence, messaging, branding or publicity, I've got you covered.
The current session of Video V.I.P. just closed for enrollment, but you are welcome to join the waitlist to be the first to know about the next session.
Although you'll get a lot of information, you can work within your own timeframe. Weekly coaching sessions will be live, but you will have access to the recording if you can't make it. 1:1 critique sessions are scheduled at your convenience. Like anything, you will get out of it what you put into it.
You won't be required to purchase any additional equipment to create your videos. I like to meet you where you are. If you want to level-up with a professional camera and lighting, I have recommendations for that. If you are recording with your iphone or webcam, I can help you make the most of it.
You'll get it! In addition to weekly coaching sessions that you can apply to creating your own videos, you will have three opportunities for 1:1 critiques. These options include sending me a video for feedback or joining me in a live call to practice your presentation.
Of course. Because I'm able to offer 1:1 coaching in this program, you will get my recommendations for your specific needs. Getting comfortable is just the first step, the rest of the program is about optimizing your performance with engaging content, specific messaging and publicity.
